| How long will my frame take to complete and ship? |

| Most frames ship in only 24 to 48 hours! We usually promise 3 to 5 working days to compensate for holidays and weekends. If a particular frame size is backordered it may take longer, but we will advise you of that shortly after we receive your order. Please provide us with an eMail address or phone number! Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rush shipping is also available - Overnight, 2nd Day guaranteed, etc. |

| What can I put on my frame? |

| Virtually ANYTHING! You can say anything you wish on your frame and there is no set limit on the number of characters or amount of text. Please consider, though, that Less is usually better - just for aesthetic reasons! If you have too much text, your type may be too small to read. We can even use YOUR artwork or logo! Just follow our guidelines on our Tech Info page. |

| Will my frame be ready to use when I get it? |

| YES! All frames are fully assembled and include the Glass and an easy to use Easel Back. No matting is necessary. Your frame is made from a Beautiful Hardwood with rich grain and visual texture. |

| What if there’s a mistake on my frame? |
|
|

| If WE made the mistake we will replace your frame immediately or offer a refund. If you made the mistake, we’ll still work with you to correct it or we’ll replace it at a reduced price. We want you to be happy! PLEASE, however, type or NEATLY print all information for your frame! Thanks! |

| How are the text and images produced? |
|
|
|
| Text and graphics are sent as a computer file to the laser system. The system interprets the file and focuses an extremely high intensity beam of light onto the substrate to burn away, and actually vaporize, the material it strikes....leaving a permanent image behind. |

| What are the best materials to laser engrave? |
|
|
|
| That depends on the effect you are after, but Wood and Acrylics are excellent. Paper, Glass, Marble, Stone and Coated Metals work quite well also. |

| Aside from personalizing items, what else can the laser system do? |
|
|
|
| The laser is an excellent device for precision cutting of wood, paper, cork, rubber and plastics. This makes for very accurate industrial prototypes, gaskets, parts, panels and templates. It’s awesome for hobbyists and model makers as well. |

| What if I want my artwork or computer file engraved? |
|
|
|
| No problem! We can scan your artwork and create the necessary file or you can send us a computer file, either Macintosh or PC, in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or a similar drawing package in an EPS format. We can read your floppy disks, Zip disks, 3.5 in Syquest disks, or CDs. Most files can be eMailed as well. |
